Felipe Duarte’s career has included all of these. He currently serves as marketing director for the western hemisphere. Felipe’s career with us began fourteen years ago, when he took a position at one of our offshore facilities in Brazil. Moving up through different positions in sales, finance, and marketing, Felipe worked in Brazil before relocating to the United States in early 2022—a move he had started to talk about with his manager in the year prior.

Relocating during the pandemic wasn’t something Felipe expected to see happen—but it did. He and his family relocated to Sugar Land, Texas, in early 2022. Since that time, and with the help of ChampionX, they’ve become quickly adjusted to life in the States, including finding housing and the right school for his two-year-old daughter.

Felipe is proud of his long tenure with ChampionX—an employer, he says, that is “always looking to understand individuals’ needs and aspirations, making sure [employees] are always recognizing and celebrating results, and always opening new doors for future development.”
