Priyanka Juyal, District Account Manager
An accomplished energy professional with extensive experience in oilfield technology, Priyanka Juyal has recently been appointed to a leading global platform: the SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition (ATCE) Subcommittee. Additionally, she will serve on a panel at the Women’s Global Leadership Conference this year. The session will share tactics on how to unlock greater leadership potential by advocating for and empowering yourself. These roles reflect her expertise in the field and her commitment to advancing leadership, diversity, and collaboration across the energy sector.
With an impressive academic background, Priyanka holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Petroleum and has built an international career spanning research, innovation, and project leadership in the energy sector. After advancing crude oil and bitumen characterization through research roles at the Technical University of Denmark and the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory, Priyanka joined ChampionX, in 2008.
Priyanka’s journey with the global oilfield technology firm began in 2017, when she started as a technical leader in offshore oil production. Since then, she has risen through the ranks to become a District Account Manager at the Sugar Land location, supporting North America Offshore and other global regions.
An authority on asphaltenes and naphthenates, Priyanka manages field teams worldwide, troubleshooting smooth flow assurance operations worth over $400 million, and works closely with Research, Development, and Engineering (RDE) to deliver innovative solutions for customers.
Passionate about mentoring and inclusion, Priyanka serves as President of legacy ChampionX’s ASIA Employee Resource Group, championing diversity, equity, and empowerment to support women at every stage of their leadership journey.

Continue to strengthen and develop your skillsets, cultivate strong communication skills, uplift teamwork and collaboration, seek mentorship and sponsorship, and above all, connect your work to a bigger purpose and continue to evolve with a strong can-do attitude.
