ChampionX Supply Chain Co-op Program

Whether you are owning a specific project addressing a current business challenge or working directly with the field to learn our customers’ needs, the ChampionX Supply Chain Co-op Program gives current undergrads firsthand experience to apply classroom learning in a professional setting.

• Six-month program with approximately 40 hours of work/week
• June to December or January to July
• Various placement opportunities across Texas in Freeport, Garyville, Odessa, or Sugar Land
• Non-competitive program

• Meaningful work: Whether you are owning a specific project addressing a current business challenge or working directly with the field learning firsthand the expectations of our customers, you will have relevant and impactful work to complete during your program.
• Professional experience and development: As a co-op, you will have the opportunity to take what you’ve been learning in the classroom and apply it to real work in a professional environment. The work you do at ChampionX will challenge you and develop you for your future roles.
• Leadership exposure: You will participate in a number of events hosted by ChampionX leaders to learn about their personal career stories and the steps to take towards a successful career.
• Local programming: Understand more about the impact ChampionX makes every day though local learning opportunities such as RD&E and plant tours, accompanying field associates on ride-a-longs, or meeting directly with customers to better understand our business.
• Become a part of the ChampionX culture: Experience our diverse, inclusive, and team-based culture while you enjoy your time at ChampionX. Participate in community, volunteer, and social opportunities by connecting with other students and ChampionX associates across all programs.
