Iron sulfide program mitigates corrosion risk by eliminating electrical shorts in flanges
ChampionX collaborated with a pipeline operator in the Northern Marcellus Shale to implement a non-acidic iron sulfide mitigation program that reduced the customer’s investment risk, brought the asset into compliance with NACE standards, and decreased the asset’s risk of external corrosion failure.
